We use both Google and Fathom Analytics to track Website Performance. Fathom is our preferred tool because its technology doesn’t compromise website visitors’ privacy.
Organic SEO Optimizaton
We use the popular Search Engine Optimization tool – Rank Math to add and manage metadata before launch to help the site get indexed on Google. We can make referrals if more advanced SEO services are required.
Back Ups and Caching
We back up your website daily using A2 Hosting’s trusted back-up service. We also use Lite Speed caching to make sure updates are published to the search engines.
Website Performance Reports
Capstone provides priority email and telephone support for customers on our Subscription and Support plans.
A set-up fee for work to begin is required for work to start. The set-up fee represents the first three months’ subscription fees. This payment allows Capstone to collect content, start on the design and begin building your website. Monthly payments begin on the fourth month.
We can help secure a domain name if desired. The cost of the domain name is incremental and will be included with the invoice in the fourth month.

So… My 3 Year Subscription Is Complete. Now What?
It’s quite simple. Renew your subscription* for another three years and you have a choice of:
1. A completely new website with all the latest technology, software, and content available.
2. An overhaul of your current website. Updating images and copy as needed. Potentially adding new software and features.
3. No changes. Everything is working fine, let’s not fix something that isn’t broken

Q & A about our Subscription Website plans
Why a three year subscription term?
The three-year term is similar to the cost of purchasing website development services on a one-off basis. The subscription term provides the client with the opportunity to pay over time and not incur large one time costs.
I already have a domain name, can I use it?
Yes, Capstone will need access to your domain name provider in order to point the domain name to our hosting platform.
Can I use any hosting platform?
Unfortunately no. We only build websites on A2 Hosting. A2Hosting is US based (Ann Arbor, MI) and has a stellar uptime, and reliability record. We also are licensed for their premium VPS Managed program, providing your website with fast performance.
What website development platforms do you use?
We prefer to use WordPress, Divi, and WooCommerce. We can also work with BigCommerce, Elementor and Shopify.
Are there any additional costs?
All hosting, software and security plug-in costs are included in this price. If your needs require software that is unique to your website, we will work up a cost and present it to the client.
When is the monthly fee due?
The monthly fee is payable on the first of each month.
Can I upgrade my subscription plan during its current three year term?
Yes, we will request an updated Statement of Work reflecting the new plan and restart a new three year term.
Can I cancel my subscription plan during the three year term?
If you want to cancel your subscription before it is finished, we will request a thirty-day written notice. The client will be responsible for paying the remaining balance before Capstone will turn over electronic assets.
What happens when my subscription is completed?
When your subscription is completed you have several choices:
Renew or upgrade your three-year subscription and get a new website
Renew or upgrade your three-subscription and overhaul your current website
Do nothing, don’t renew, no updates will be made to your current website, we will recommend one of our standard support plans to stay current with software and security updates
